Andrea McKnight

Program Director

Coach McKnight is the director of Aces Lacrosse and works with both the youth and high school divisions. She learned to play at Falmouth Academy and later played four years at both Kimball Union Academy and Wesleyan University. She has coached with Falmouth Flash, Sandwich Youth Lacrosse and Cape Cod Lacrosse. She currently serves as the Head Coach for Cape Cod Academy Girls Lacrosse.

Erica Adams

Coach

Coach Adams was appointed head coach of the Bridgewater State University women’s lacrosse team in the fall of 2015. A former collegiate athlete, she played lacrosse at Nichols College in Dudley, MA. Throughout her coaching career, she has earned recognition as the MASCAC Coach of the Year and contributed to the sport as a member of the Division III Championships Committee for Women’s Lacrosse. Since 2017, she has also been coaching with Aces and continues to develop talent at the high school level.

Caitlin Roberts

Olivia Lebica

Coach

Coach Olivia, a former defensive player at Merrimack College, joined Aces in 2019. She has extensive coaching experience at both the youth and high school levels within the program. Her collegiate coaching roles include serving as Head Coach at the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth and as an Assistant Coach at Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

Becca Brady

Head of Operations, Coach

Coach Brady has been a key member of the Aces program since its inception. She serves as the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Plymouth North High School, where she also teaches math. In addition to her school and program roles, she is the co-owner of Winni Lax Camp, located in Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. As the Head of Operations for Aces, Coach Brady oversees all internal practice logistics and scheduling while also coaching at the high school level.

Julia Desrochers

Coach

Coach Julia was a four-year member of the Franklin Pierce Ravens lacrosse team, where she excelled as a goalkeeper. Her coaching career includes collegiate experience at Curry College, Framingham State, and Wentworth Institute of Technology. Within the Aces program, she focuses on developing goalkeepers and mentoring youth-level athletes.

Scott Francis

Coach

Coach Francis has been with the Aces program since 2019, working primarily with high school-level athletes. He is the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Fairhaven High School, where he also teaches math. Previously, he served as the school’s Athletic Director. In addition to his lacrosse expertise, Coach Francis is an Assistant Football Coach at Fairhaven High.

Mikayla Correia

Head of Recruiting, Coach

Coach Mikayla Correia has been with Aces Lacrosse since 2019, coaching athletes at both the youth and high school levels. She is the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Massachusetts Maritime Academy (DIII – MASCAC), where she was a standout goalkeeper during her collegiate career, holding most of the program’s goalkeeping records. In addition to her coaching role, Mikayla serves as the Assistant Athletic Director at Mass. Maritime. As Head of Recruiting for Aces, she works closely with high school athletes and their families, helping them navigate the college recruiting process and find the right collegiate fit.

Kelsey Regan

Coach

Coach Kelsey has been with Aces since 2021, working with both youth and high school-level athletes. She is the Head Coach at Curry College (Division III) and previously served as the Assistant Coach at Massachusetts Maritime Academy (Division III). In addition to her coaching roles, Coach Kelsey volunteers with the Plymouth South High School girls lacrosse program and works full-time for Signature Lacrosse.

Samantha Gorassi

Coach

D2 – Southern Florida – Sam has worked with Aces Lacrosse each summer since 2020. Sam focuses on our competitive high school athletes.

Walter Belcher

Coach

Coach Walter has extensive experience working with youth lacrosse players at all levels through Cape Cod town and select programs. A former player at Bryant College, he joined Aces Lacrosse where he has contributed to the goalie coaching program and works primarily with youth athletes teaching them the fundamentals of the game.

Abby Walsh

Coach

Coach Abby has been with Aces since 2022, coaching at both the youth and high school levels. A former defender at Stonehill College (DI), her playing career inspired her path into education and coaching.

Mikaela Wilson

Coach

Coach Mikaela joined Aces in 2022 and is currently an Assistant Coach at Pembroke High School. She has worked with both our youth and high school athletes in the program.

Haley Wood

Coach

Coach Haley joined Aces in 2023, following a standout career as a midfielder and draw-taker at Bridgewater State University (DIII). She primarily works with our high school athletes and specializes in teaching the draw.

Katie O’Brien

Coach

Coach Katie O’Brien has been with Aces since 2023. A 4-year standout at Bridgewater State University (DIII), she is now the Head Coach for Silver Lake Regional High School girls lacrosse. Coach Katie works closely with our high school athletes, helping them develop their skills and reach their potential.

Cassidy Ohara

Coach

Coach Cassidy (an aces Alumnae) graduated from Johnson and Wales University (DIII) where she was a goalkeeper on the women’s lacrosse team. She returned to Aces during the summer of 2024 and is working primarily with goalkeepers and our youth athletes.

Melissa Jansen

Coach

Coach Melissa is the director of Barnstable Youth Lacrosse and runs Stingers Lax Cape Cod. Melissa has been coaching girls lacrosse for 20 years after playing 4 years of lacrosse at Plymouth State University (DIII). Currently she is the head coach at St. John Paul II School in Hyannis.

Tara Palermo

Coach

Coach Tara has been a coach with Aces since 2020. She is from Mashpee and played at both Framingham State University (DIII) and Saint Leo University (DII). At Framingham State University she was a 2 time All-Conference award winner. She is currently the Head Varsity Girls Lacrosse Coach at Barnstable High School.

Maddie Ocampo

College Coach

Coach Maddie, an Aces alumna, is one of our summer college coaches. After a successful playing career at Tabor Academy (Marion, Mass.), she was recruited to Middlebury College (DIII), where she and the Panthers won the DIII National Women’s Lacrosse Title in 2024. Coach Maddie works closely with our high school athletes.

Annika Pyy

College Coach

Coach Annika, an Aces alumna, is one of our summer college coaches. She currently plays at Assumption University (DII) and had a standout high school career at Plymouth North High School, where she was named the 2023 Patriot League MVP and scored 276 goals. As a first-year at Assumption, Annika was named to the NE10 All-Rookie Team. She primarily works with our high school athletes, helping them develop their skills and reach their potential.

Greta Oberacker

College Coach

Coach Greta, an Aces alumna, is one of our summer college coaches. She plays at Plymouth State University (DIII) and works with both our youth and high school athletes in the program.

Katie Murphy

College Coach

Coach Katie is a year-round coach with Aces and plays as a defender on the Bridgewater State University (DIII) Women’s Lacrosse team. She has been with Aces since 2023, coaching both youth and high school athletes and running speed and agility training sessions for Aces players.

Mya Dupuy

College Coach

Coach Mya, an Aces alumna, is a defender on the Bridgewater State University (DIII) Women’s Lacrosse team. She has been with Aces since 2022, coaching both youth and high school athletes.

Caleigh Tompkins

College Coach

Coach Caleigh is a year-round coach with Aces and isa defender and captain on the Massachusetts Maritime Academy (DIII) Women’s Lacrosse team. She has been with Aces since 2022, primarily coaching the 3rd and 4th-grade team. Additionally, Coach Caleigh has experience as an Assistant Coach for Cape Cod Academy’s high school team.

Christy Rech

College Coach

Coach Christy is a goalkeeper for Massachusetts Maritime Academy (DIII) and works with goalkeepers at the youth and high school levels.

Maggie Keller

College Coach

Coach Maggie, one of our summer college coaches, is a goalkeeper at Wesleyan College. An Aces alumna, she was a 3x Patriot League All-Star during her high school career at Silver Lake Regional High School. Maggie primarily works with goalkeepers in our program.
